Cart System Updates for Hosting Purchases

Domain Name Registrations and Transfers can now be added to your cart when checking out via the Cart order method. This means you can now add Hosting, Servers, Domains and Software (or any combination of the above) onto one cart transaction.
While we were in there, we also made some changes to the appearance of the cart price list page to clean up the overall experience and make the process a little smoother.
