We charge US$2.00 an hour for urgent support charges. Additionally a minimum fee of US$5 will be applied.

Charges will not be applied to your account, and we will arrange payment for urgent support requests manually.

PASSWORD RETRIEVALS WILL NOT BE CHARGED. ADDITIONALLY AN AUTOMATIC PASSWORD RETRIEVAL FORM CAN BE FOUND AT THE MEMBERS LOGIN PAGE.
