Pre-recorded Messages can be set and played back to your callers - even different messages for different times of day!

Each inward number can have a complex routing pattern applied, so you have full control over incoming calls.

Each operator can log-in to a specific queue, i.e. one for sales and one for billing.

Whenever a queue receives a call, you can choose to ring a specific agent, or ring everyone logged in.
